History of the PBWA Scholarship

Monia  Christo served on the 1997 and 1998 PBWA Management Council.  She owned her own business, Christo and Christo Associates that provided business consulting services.  She worked with several other PBWA members to set up a broader consulting business, RPM Consulting, that included mediation and marketing.

Monia died of cancer in July of 2009, and was a true inspiration to all who knew her, so we named the scholarship fund after her.

Congratulations to the past recipients of the Monia Christo / PBWA Scholarship
